We are now hiring for the following positions:
Electroplater-
Poly Plating is looking for a skilled experienced plater to join our team. Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge in electroplating techniques. Willing to train, as well.
Applicant must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required and the successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, industrious and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of electroplating plating is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to use micrometers to verify thicknesses
A successful applicant should be competent in math, and be able to calculate surface area of normal shapes.
Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage.
Must understand the concepts of blue prints and drawings.
Have the desire and capacity to read and learn.
Masking Technician-
Poly Plating Inc. is seeking a Parts Masker to support the day to day operation within our Masking Department. Job requirements: processing customer orders, handling and cleaning parts according to paperwork and inspecting for quality. It also requires the use of paints, tapes and pugs to cover off specific areas. This positions candidate must follow direction per the customer orders and specifications within blue print drawing and Traveler.
A successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, work independently without constant supervision, and good oral and written communication skills. This candidate must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment with management, production staff and other maskers.
